Published prices are starting points, not offers

We publish a floor price for each service because hiding it wastes everyone’s time. Those figures are indicative starting points. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site forms a contract however you interact with it.

The price for your work depends on its scope. It is fixed and agreed in writing before work begins.

Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

If we work together, a signed agreement and statement of work set the terms: scope, deliverables, price, timelines, acceptance, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, warranties and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement wins.

Intellectual property and confidentiality for engagement work — including anything you disclose to us and anything we produce for you — are handled under that agreement, not under this page. Sending an enquiry through this site does not put anything under NDA. Tell us before you send us anything sensitive and we will put an NDA in place first.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Pashyaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., except where a third party’s marks appear. You may read, share and link to it. You may not republish it as your own or use our name or logo to imply an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

Liability
