How engagements work

  1. Share the requirement

    Send the stack, scope, expected duration and the engagement model you have in mind.

  2. Named engineer proposed

    We propose a named engineer, with their profile and the rate for this engagement.

  3. Defined-scope start

    Work begins with a defined scope — often a short code review or technical audit — so both sides can confirm fit before committing to ongoing capacity.

  4. Rolling engagement under MSA

    The engagement continues on a rolling basis under a master services agreement, with notice agreed up front.

Resource governance

The engineer you approve is the engineer who does the work

  • Engineers are named and agreed before engagement.
  • We do not substitute without your agreement.
  • You see the profile of the person who will do the work, and that is who does it.

Commercial terms

Contracted with the company, on B2B terms

  • B2B contract with Pashyaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • GST invoiced.
  • NDA and MSA as standard.
  • White-label and sub-vendor terms available.
  • Monthly invoicing, with notice agreed up front.
  • Hourly or monthly rates, quoted per engagement and per resource. Rate card on request.

Working model

Offshore Java, Spring Boot and AWS delivery

  • Remote from India, with flexible EU/US working-hour overlap.
  • We work in your repositories, your process and your tooling.
  • Communication cadence and reporting are agreed at the start of the engagement.
  • Escalation goes directly to the principal engineer. There is no support tier to pass through.

Data handling

Client data stays in client systems

  • We access client systems through client-provided credentials.
  • We do not store client data on our own infrastructure unless specifically agreed.
  • We will execute your data processing agreement.
