Who we are

Pashyaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered office B-1005, Spring Woods, Marunji, Hinjawadi, Pune 411057, Maharashtra, India. We are the data fiduciary for personal data described on this page.

The contact form does not send data to us

This is the most important thing on this page, so it goes first. Our contact form has no server behind it. When you press send, your browser assembles the details into a pre-filled email and opens your own mail application. Nothing is transmitted to us, stored in a database, or written to a log at that moment.

You then decide whether to send that email. If you do, we receive it as an ordinary email and it is handled as described below. If you close it instead, we never see anything.

What we collect

If you email us via the form

Your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), which offer you selected, your subject line, and your message. These are the fields the form pre-fills — you can edit or delete any of them in your mail application before sending.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate page views and referrers. We cannot identify you from it, and there is nothing here to opt out of.

Hosting and delivery

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and to block abuse. We do not have access to this as an identifiable record.

We do not run advertising pixels, marketing trackers, session recording, or heatmaps. There is no cookie banner on this site because we set no cookies that require consent.

Why we hold it, and nothing else

We use your enquiry to reply to it, to scope the work you asked about, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, build a profile, use your data to train anything, sell it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for 24 months from your last message to us, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a signed engagement, the related records are kept for as long as that contract and Indian tax and company law require, and then deleted.

Who else sees it

Two engineers at Pashyaa. Beyond that, only the service providers who make email and hosting work — our email provider and Cloudflare — acting on our instructions as processors. We do not transfer your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
  • Correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything incomplete.
  • Erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

Email [email protected] and we will action it. Deletion is usually a matter of deleting an email thread, so it is quick.

Grievances

Our grievance contact is [email protected]. A person reads that mailbox, not a ticketing robot. Write there with any complaint about how we have handled your data and we will respond.

Postal address: Pashyaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., B-1005, Spring Woods, Marunji, Hinjawadi, Pune 411057, Maharashtra, India.

If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything material we will say what changed rather than quietly reissuing the document.
